The Basics
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE SCENT SUITE?
The Scent Suite is a mobile fragrance bar experience where guests explore fragrance, create their own formula, name their creation, and leave with a personalized fragrance of their own.
DO YOU COME TO US?
Yes. The Scent Suite is mobile. We bring the fragrance bar, scent collection, supplies, bottles, labels, and everything needed to create the experience at your location.
DO WE NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT PERFUME?
Not at all. You don't need to know fragrance notes, families, or terminology. The experience is designed to help you trust your nose and choose what you genuinely enjoy.
WHAT DOES A FRAGRANCE CREATOR ACTUALLY DO?
Each creator moves through our signature process:
SIGNATURE → ELEVATION → ACCENT
They name their creation and submit their formula to their perfumer, who professionally blends it and adds a personally selected Perfumer's Indulgence.

HOW DO I BOOK?
Start by submitting an event inquiry with your date, location, expected number of fragrance creators, and the experience you're interested in. We'll review the details, confirm availability, and send your next steps.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekends and larger events. Availability is not guaranteed until your booking requirements are completed.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM THE VENUE?
We'll confirm setup requirements with you before your event. The Scent Suite brings the fragrance collection, bottles, labels, blending supplies, and fragrance bar setup needed for your experience.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I PLAN FOR?
That depends on the experience, number of fragrance creators, and your event timeline. We'll recommend a service window and setup designed around the flow of your event.
YOUR EVENT DOESN’T HAVE TO STOP FOR THE SCENT SUITE.
Our experiences are designed to become part of the celebration—not take it over. Depending on the experience you choose, guests can step up, explore, create, and return to the party while we bring their fragrance to life.

WHAT GOES INTO MY FRAGRANCE?
You begin by selecting a Signature, Elevation, and Accent to create your fragrance formula. Your perfumer then professionally blends your selections and adds the finishing touch—a personally selected Perfumer's Indulgence.
WHAT IS THE PERFUMER'S INDULGENCE?
The Perfumer's Indulgence is our signature finishing step and is included in every creation. Based on the fragrance you've created, your perfumer selects an element designed to complement and refine the finished scent.
DO I GET TO NAME MY FRAGRANCE?
Absolutely. Naming your creation is part of The Scent Suite experience. Your chosen name is added to your personalized fragrance label before you take it home.
CAN I WEAR MY FRAGRANCE RIGHT AWAY?
Yes—but give it a little time to become its best.
Your fragrance is freshly blended at the event, so it will continue to settle and develop after you take it home. You can enjoy it right away, but allowing it to rest gives the ingredients time to come together and the fragrance to become more balanced.
A LITTLE PATIENCE SMELLS GOOD.
Your fragrance may smell slightly different as it settles—and that's part of the process. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and give your creation a little time to come together.
