The Open Bar brings The Scent Suite to your event without requiring the host to purchase a fragrance for every guest. We set up the experience, open the bar, and guests decide whether they'd like to create a custom fragrance of their own.

The $250 activation fee brings The Scent Suite Fragrance Bar to your event for up to two hours, including setup, the curated fragrance collection, supplies, and your perfumer.
02 — GUESTS STEP UP
Guests can visit the fragrance bar whenever they're ready. Those who want to participate purchase their own custom fragrance for $40.
03 — DISCOVER & CREATE
Fragrance creators explore our curated collection and choose a Signature, Elevation, and Accent to create their fragrance formula.
04 — NAME YOUR CREATION
Each creator gives their fragrance a name and submits their selections to your perfumer.
05 — WE BRING IT TO LIFE
Your perfumer professionally blends each formula, adds a personally selected Perfumer's Indulgence, and finishes it as a personalized 15 mL custom fragrance.

HOW THE TAB WORKS
We open your Fragrance Tab when the event begins. Participating guests can create a fragrance on the host's tab until all prepaid fragrances have been claimed.
Once the tab closes, the bar stays open. Additional guests can still create and purchase their own custom fragrance for $40.

The activation fee includes up to two hours of fragrance bar service, our curated fragrance collection, mobile bar setup, fragrance supplies, setup and breakdown, and your perfumer onsite to blend and finish each creation.

Not at all. Guests can choose whether they'd like to visit the bar and create a fragrance. There is no required fragrance creator count.

Each fragrance creator selects a Signature, Elevation, and Accent, names their creation, and receives a personalized 15 mL custom fragrance finished with a Perfumer's Indulgence selected by your perfumer.

The Fragrance Tab lets the host pre-purchase a limited number of fragrances for guests. Choose a tab for 5 or 10 fragrances. Once the tab has been used, the bar remains open and additional guests may purchase their own fragrances for $40 each.

No. The Mini Bar is a hosted experience booked for a known number of fragrance creators. The Open Bar is designed for optional participation, with guests purchasing their own fragrances as they choose to participate.
